We have an extensive employment (non-unionized) and labour (unionized) law practice. We represent employers across a variety of industries. We work with employers at every stage of the employment relationship, from drafting employment contracts, to representing employers in litigation matters such as wrongful or constructive dismissal actions. A large part of what we do falls in between, where we assist our clients on a day to day basis in managing the employment relationship, with the goal of preventing litigation and resolving disputes. However, when it comes time to litigate, the lawyers in our firm are experienced, skilled and creative advocates.
Our firm also has extensive experience representing executive and senior managerial employees in a variety of matters. When representing executives, we utilize the same skill and creativity to ensure employee’s rights are respected and enforced.
