Paul provides civil litigation representation and advice in a broad range of matters to both businesses and individuals, with a particular emphasis on employment/labour, commercial litigation, professional discipline and health law. Paul frequently appears in matters before the Courts, as well as various administrative tribunals. A skilled and creative advocate, Paul recognizes that each matter requires an individualized approach, and works with his clients each step of the way to ensure they understand their matter, and can make informed decisions concerning how to proceed. Paul devotes a large part of his practice strategizing with his clients to ensure that they avoid the litigation process altogether. However, when litigation is necessary, Paul will work tirelessly to protect his clients’ interests.

Paul was called to the Bar in 2008. In his spare time, he enjoys various athletic pursuits, and, above all, spending time with his wife and their two children. Paul volunteers his time coaching his children’s sports teams in hockey and soccer.
